2.2 OEM metal spectacles
For metal spectacles, we often use titanium alloy, semi-titanium (stainless steel + titanium alloy combination), stainless steel, aluminum-magnesium alloy, etc.
In addition, for the color matching of metal spectacles, we provide a variety of options such as metal primary color, electroplating color, spray paint color, etc. Whether it is pure metal style or a mixed style of metal and acetate fiber, we have 12 conventional electroplating colors for you to choose too. 2.3 Injection eyewear frame
The materials we often use include EMS, Arkema G850, Eastman, TR90, ULTEM, Propionate, Plastic and other materials. The color also can be adjusted according to the pantone C card. And the surface treatments include glossy paint, matte paint and elastic rubber paint.
2.4 Wood eyewear frame
The materials we commonly use are solid wood and laminated veneer. So they are made by hand and can be natural wood grain, technological wood grain, or spray-painted. The final surface adopts varnish process.
3.OEM eyewear lenses method
In addition to material selection, we can custom various functions spectacle lenses, such as hard scratch resistance, oil stain resistance, seawater resistance, etc.
3.1 Optical frames
We use Demo lenses for shaping. So it is convenient for eyeglass shops to cut and replace lenses.

About sunglasses, we use TAC, CR39, nylon, etc . These materials all have excellent UV400 protection function. So it can effectively block the damage of ultraviolet rays to the eyes. At the same time, you can also choose whether to equip polarization function according to personal needs to further enhance visual clarity and comfort. We support precise color matching of sunglasses lenses based on the Pantone color chart besides.
